Bodo Möller Chemie Group has entered into an exclusive distribution partnership with Rain Carbon Inc. for its NOVARES® hydrocarbon resins and RUETASOLV® solvents in Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The agreement, effective July 1, 2025, supports Bodo Möller Chemie’s efforts to expand its raw material portfolio for coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers (CASE) in Central and Eastern Europe.

Rain Carbon is a global supplier of refined hydrocarbon products, with a legacy of converting industrial by-products into specialty materials. This partnership will provide manufacturers in the coatings, adhesives and rubber sectors with expanded product options and local technical expertise.

An expansion into additional regional markets is already under consideration.
