Bodo Möller Chemie Group announced it has integrated the client base of Spanish specialty chemicals distributor Química Tecnológica Norte S.L. (Quitec) into its distribution network, effective June 1, 2025. Quitec has been a long-standing distribution partner of Henkel in industrial surface treatment.

The acquisition strengthens Bodo Möller Chemie’s presence in Spain’s surface treatment market while deepening its strategic collaboration with Henkel. Quitec, based in San Sebastián, specializes in specialty chemicals for industrial cleaning, metal pretreatment and corrosion protection. It is known for marketing Henkel’s Bonderite brand, widely used in paint and degreasing systems and across manufacturing sectors.
