The Moyno® PowerFlowTM Pumps are designed to deliver low-shear, airless transfer of paints and coatings, handling viscosities to 1,000,000 cps, abrasive fillers and additives, and pressures to 1,000 psi. According to the company, hardened tool steel pumping elements provide long life, and the proprietary Power SealTM ensures sealing integrity. Proprietary manufacturing processes ensure critical pumping element tolerances for handling thin liquids as well, including flushing solvents. The pumps have a cast iron body and A2 tool steel pumping elements. (17-4 PH stainless steel pumping elements can be specified for corrosive applications.) The pumps also feature standard 316 SS construction, Viton O-rings and hard silicon carbide faces, or optional tungsten carbide faces and O-rings of nitrile, EPDM or Kalrez. The pumps offer flows to 400 gpm, differential pressures to 1,500 psi, temperatures up to 350°F standard (with up to 500°F optional) and solids handling capabilities up to 40% by weight.
