PPG Industries Inc., Pittsburgh, said it has been named paint Supplier of the Year for the third consecutive year by Decoma International, a manufacturer of decorative trim for the global automotive industry. PPG supplies liquid topcoats and primers to 11 Decoma locations in North America, and is one of six suppliers that earned the Supplier of the Year award for 2002. The award is based on PPG’s commitment to manufacturing and customer-service excellence, the company said.
