Silberline and Taizhu will engage in joint marketing and technical cooperative programs aimed at visually enhancing the value of worldwide paint and coatings, inks, and plastics formulations for thousands of customers. Additionally, Silberline will represent and distribute Taizhu's pearlescent pigments to many of these same customers throughout the world, excluding China.

Taizhu is headquartered in Wenzhou, Jiangsu province. The company employs approximately 500 people and operates several manufacturing plants in and around Wenzhou. Taizhu also recently announced the opening of a new, U.S. $1.6 million manufacturing plant and R&D center in Suzhou.
