VANTAA, Finland — The Tikkurila Group has completed negotiations to acquire 100% of Tikkurila Baltcolor Sp. z.o.o., a paint-manufacturing business in Szczecin, Poland, that was formerly 60% owned by Tikkurila. The business began operation in 1998 and manufactures and sells decorative and industrial coatings in the Polish market. Tikkurila is part of the Kemira Group of Finland.
