MALVERN, UK - A joint venture between materials characterization company Malvern Instruments and Aimil, Malvern’s long-term distribution partner in India, has resulted in the establishment of Malvern Aimil Instruments Pvt Ltd. The new company became operational on May 1, 2008. The joint venture will be headquartered in Mumbai, but staff will operate from all eight offices across India, including two particle-size centers of excellence in Bangalore and Baroda.
