Rick Engstrom has joined Columbia Paint & Coatings, Spokane, WA, as director of Industrial Products, with responsibility for coordination of industrial-products sales and service and support. Engstrom has more than 25 years of experience in the coatings industry.

Premier Mill has named Kevin J. Haggerty general manager. Haggerty joined the company in September 2002 as National Sales manager.

Johnson Polymer has named Alan Henshaw vice president - Americas Region and Mike Dalton Global director of Strategic Business Development. Henshaw remains vice president, Product Innovation & New Technology, and assumes responsibility for leading the Johnson Polymer business in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and South America.

Degussa has named Florian Kirschner Business director of the Catalysts & Initiators business unit's Catalysts business in the NAFTA region.

PPG Industries Inc. announced the appointment of David P. Morris, Global general manager of Sales and Marketing for the company's Aerospace Business Unit, as vice president of the business. He succeeds Dennis A. Kovalsky, who was recently named vice president of the company's Automotive Coatings business.

Degussa has named Thomas Rudolph Business manager of the Aerosil & Silanes business unit's Silanes business line, with responsibility for the global management of all market- and product-related activities for the Additives application group.
