Coval Technologies announced the appointment of Josh Gordon as a Regional Sales Manager for the company. Gordon will build new customer relationships and enhance existing client management in the northeast United States. Coval manufactures single-component, thin-film, UV-stable coatings that are easy to apply and clean and extend the life cycle of substrates.

Gordon’s experience in sales, flooring systems, and customer service covers a broad range of industries, including a concrete refinishing company, an auto dealership, and restaurants.

With the refinishing company, he optimized the CRM to ensure follow up with sales leads and developed outstanding customer service with excellent customer reviews.

“The reason we have jobs is because of our customers, and service comes first,” said Gordon, “Good service translates into sales.”

As a service advisor at a car dealership, Gordon achieved sales goals through quality assessment and relationships. The fast-paced atmosphere of the restaurant industry, managing payroll, scheduling, and team building gave Gordon a good foundation to serve Coval customers.

With nearly 20 distributors in the northeastern United States, and the potential for many more to its nearly 100 locations worldwide, Gordon will be engaged with client training and new business development.
