A portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, ICP Group manufactures products under several recognized brands through two distinct business units. ICP Building Solutions Group focuses on product solutions dedicated to delivering high-performance professional products and services for building and construction applications.

In July 2022, ICP Building Solutions Group named Sami Rahman, an experienced veteran of the building materials industry, as its new Chief Commercial Officer. Rahman will focus on setting and executing the overall commercial strategy for the group as the company pursues its financial goals. All ICP Building Solutions Group sales teams, research and development, product management, and marketing report to Rahman. Rahman joined the group in late 2021 as its Senior Vice President of product management, and was quickly promoted to the role of Executive Vice President of product management and technology.
In August 2022, ICP Group released a clear traction coating, STAIN-PROOF®, for stone, concrete, ceramic, and more. The new product adds grip to slippery surfaces while still maintaining a natural look without any blotchy, hazy spots.
