Sound-Reduction System
The Coat of Silence™sound-reduction system is applied using a three-step application process of two 8-mil layers of resilientbase coat followed by an 8-mil mass buildingfinish coat. The recommended combined thickness of 24-25 mils is easy to achieve using a commercial airless sprayer with a 317 tip. By increasing mass while imparting reflective and absorptive properties, Coat of Silencereduces sound transmission through walls and ceilings. The base coat layer retains resiliency over time and the durable finish coat is ready for the paint or wall covering of your choice. Visit www.vertetek.com.
