Creative Materials, Inc. has moved to a new facility in Ayer, MA. Organic business expansion over the past several years motivated the move in August 2011 to a new corporate center.
Honeywell announced that it has purchased Evonik Industries’ portfolio of manufacturing technology, including patents, for the production of polyethylene waxes used in a variety of applications, from paint and coatings to adhesives and inks.
Royal Adhesives & Sealants (Royal), a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners (Arsenal), and Vertis Communications (Vertis) announced that Royal will acquire substantially all of the assets of Vertis' indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Webcraft Chemicals, which operates under the name Craig Adhesives & Coatings (Craig).
Shell MDS and Evonik Industries signed a six-year contract for Evonik Industries to continue as Shell MDS’ distributor of Shell GTL Sarawax waxes (FT waxes) in Europe. Evonik will produce and sell modified GTL waxes globally with the brand name VESTOWAX®.
