Safic-Alcan and Dow Expand Distribution Agreement
PARIS-LA DÉFENSE, France – Safic-Alcan, an international specialty chemicals distributor, announced the extension of its existing distribution agreement with Dow for ethylene copolymers to the entire Europe, Middle East and Africa region (EMEA), effective between Jan. 1, 2019, and April 1, 2019.
Drawing on their successful partnership for France, Spain, Portugal and the Nordic countries, Dow and Safic-Alcan have decided to expand their distribution agreement for ethylene copolymers to include all the EMEA countries.
The agreement includes such trademarks as ELVAX®, ELVALOY®, FUSABOND®, BYNEL®, NUCREL®, SURLYN®, ENTIRA® and APEEL®, which are used in a wide variety of applications ranging from injection moulding for plastics to everyday products such as adhesives and sealants, wire and cable, sole shoes, packaging, composites, and others.
