Micro Powders, Inc. launches MPP-611AL, a highly engineered HDPE composite reinforced with 300 nm aluminum oxide. With MPP-611AL, formulators can eliminate PTFE waxes from their formulas and replace with hard, durable nano-alumina.

MPP-611AL dramatically boosts scratch resistance in all types of coatings. The density of MPP-611AL optimizes particle mobility and efficiently delivers alumina to the surface (more effectively than free alumina). MPP-611AL gives the formulator the cutting-edge performance of nano-alumina in a safe, easier-to-disperse, non-nano additive.
