KALMATRON® KF-B is a protective and remedial coating designed for protection of concrete and masonry building structures as an ionic implant on the structures in damp conditions to restore liquid/vapor impermeability, and corrosion and freeze‐thaw resistance. It also helps to stop rebar rusting and rebuild structures by gluing of broken parts. It is suitable for water supply and sewer systems, marine fortification structures, and chemical and agricultural facilities.
KF-B has a high resistance to salts and other types of corrosion and performs best in damp and wet environments. It is developed within the range of capabilities inherent in its formulation, which is a simple relay sequence of reactions of cement stone phase shift, penetrating the old concrete, dissolving all that can be dissolved to any possible extent, spreading out within concrete voids, and hardening as one solid.
