Established in 1961, Tex•Cote manufactures high-performance, water-based coatings for use on commercial, residential and Department of Transportation (DOT) projects. Tex•Cote manufactures a variety of products including COOLWALL^® coatings for exterior vertical substrates, REFLECT-TEC^® coatings for roofs, and COOL-TEC^® coatings for horizontal concrete and decks, which incorporate specialty pigment technology that reflects infra-red heat to help keep exterior surfaces cooler compared to traditional paints.
