CLEVELAND — Abstracts for Podium & Poster Presentations are now being accepted for the 64^th Annual Sink or Swim Technical Symposium to be held on August 24 and 25 at the Cleveland Airport Wyndham. This year's symposium theme is "Why We Paint: Protecting & Decorating Our Surfaces" and will be virtually shared via ZoomFour.

Substrates for topics include wood, metal, concrete and plastic. The time allotted for each speaker is 25 minutes with 5 minutes of question and answers. Submissions should be mailed to SOS.CallForPapers@Gmail.com. The deadline for abstract submission is May 15, 2021. The deadline for PowerPoint submission is July 15, 2021. The abstract should be between 200 and 500 words. A bio and speaker photo should also be submitted. In the event a speaker cannot attend in person, organizers of the symposium require submission of a Narrated PowerPoint, (MOV or MP4), or the speaker should be available for a live Zoom presentation. A permission request is required that permits the Cleveland Coatings Society the rights of the presentation, in video or still for exhibit on the Cleveland Coatings Society website and Zoom Presentation.
