Phascope PMP10 is a hand-held instrument for coating-thickness measurement. The unit uses the phase-sensitive eddy current test method to measure metallic coatings on ferrous or non-ferrous substrates. The phase-sensitive eddy current test method (draft standard ISO/DIS 21968) used by the PMP10 offers significant advantages for measurement of metallic coatings as compared to the conventional amplitude eddy current test method (DIN EN ISO 2360). Thickness is measured directly by analyzing the phase angle of the primary probe signal. Call 800/243.8417 or e-mail info@fischer-technology.com.
