PPG Industries Inc., Pittsburgh, has received General Motors Corp.'s Supplier of the Year award in recognition of PPG's performance, quality, service, technology, and value in supplying coatings and glass for GM operations worldwide during 2001. Accepting the award during ceremonies in Toronto were PPG Executive Vice President Charles E. Bunch, Vice President of Automotive Coatings Richard Zahren and Vice President of Automotive Glass Ernest A. Hahn.
