CINCINNATI — COATING 2001, the second biennial conference and exhibition dedicated to a range of finishing technologies, is scheduled for Oct. 15-17, 2001, in Orlando, FL, the event’s sponsors announced. The exhibition floor is already more than 60% sold out, reported conference and show manager Anne Goyer. The inaugural event, COATING ’99 in Dallas, drew nearly 7,000 people.

The conference and show include a technical program and exhibits on liquid coating, powder coating, electrocoating, electroplating, coil coating, vacuum coating, porcelain enameling, UV/EB curing processes, and air and waste management issues. The event’s 11 sponsoring organizations include the NPCA, the Powder Coating Institute, Chemical Coaters Association International, and Radtech International North America.
