CSB Releases Safety Video
WASHINGTON - The U.S. Chemical Safety Board (CSB) has released a safety video addressing the dangers of uncontrolled chemical reactions. The video uses several accidents investigated by the CSB as case studies.
Using computer animation and interviews with CSB investigators and chemical process safety experts, the video illustrates processes that lead to reactive chemical hazards and provides information to help prevent those hazards.
