MILWAUKEE, WI - Thomas C. Osborne has joined the investment banking firm of Grace Matthews Inc., where he will focus on coatings and specialty chemicals. John Beagle, Managing Director of the Milwaukee-based firm, made the announcement.
 
Osborne, former CEO of The Glidden Co. and ICI Paints North America, has more than 35 years of senior management experience in the chemicals industry. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President, Planning and Acquisitions for ICI and worked in mergers and acquisitions in both Europe and North America. Osborne has also served as CEO of the Tnemec Co., a leading protective coatings company, and as Chairman of the Board of the National Paint and Coatings Association, where he received the Association's highest honor, the George Baugh Heckel award.
