ST. LOUIS, MO - Archway Sales Inc. of St. Louis, MO, announced the acquisition of Ed Simal & Associates Inc., Atlanta, GA. The deal became effective June 1, 2010.
Ed Simal & Associates Inc. is a specialty chemical distributor that was founded in 1976. The company has served the Atlanta market for over 30 years. The acquisition expands Archway Sales Inc.’s coverage in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. It will add five technical sales representatives to the company’s current team. Archway Sales Inc. now operates seven regional offices and 16 warehouses with 85 employees.
