LANXESS Increases Prices for Iron Oxides
April 25, 2010
LUVERKUSEN, Germany – With immediate effect, specialty chemicals company LANXESS AG is increasing its prices worldwide for iron oxide pigments by up to EUR 100 per metric ton. For certain products, or in certain regions, the increase may be even greater. The Inorganic Pigments business unit cites as the main reasons for this measure the continued strong rise in raw-material costs and investments in quality and environmental protection.
