The POWDER COATING 2006 Technical Conference program has been finalized and released on the conference and show's website. The conference program will open on September 18 with a session for beginners requiring an introduction to powder coating, as well as a custom coater roundtable session. Tuesday's seminars will include a session on powder coating aluminum extrusions, which is predicted to be a growing market for powder coating in the U.S. Wednesday's conference will include a series of 15 technical presentations in the morning, followed by another set of seminars in the afternoon. Thursday morning will bring the technical conference sessions to a close with four sessions covering a variety of topics, from fast color change to powder coating heat sensitive substrates, liquid to powder conversion and curing. Plant tours will take place on Thursday afternoon following the close of the exhibition.
