HOUSTON - Jake Rippstein has joined Hoover Container Solutions (Hoover) as Director of Technical Services. In his role, Rippstein will be responsible for the research and development and expansion of technology for Hoover’s Liquitrac^® business entity. Rippstein most recently served as President of TankLogix. He brings a strong background in engineering and development with a strong emphasis in technology.
