As the former President and CEO of Marvel Entertainment, Peter Cuneo orchestrated the legendary turnaround of a just-out-of-bankruptcy, struggling superhero franchise to an entertainment industry powerhouse, with the stock price rising from a low of $0.96 to $54 per share paid by Disney in 2009.

The changes include naming a leader for the company's Global Film business and adjustments to the U.S. Vehicle Refinishes Sales organizational structure.

The new appointment marks a significant milestone in AMPP’s efforts to enhance its engagement with the transportation sector.

John McAllister will serve as Vice President of Sales for both the Industrial and Personal Care Divisions, and develop strategies to achieve Micro Powders’ fiscal targets along with expansion into new markets.

"Our organization’s continued financial strength is vital for AMPP's capacity to fulfill our mission and generate enduring value for members and customers," said AMPP CEO Alan Thomas. 

Santino Zingales will play a crucial role in expanding the company's market presence, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving sales initiatives to meet and exceed company objectives.

The two appointments include a new Senior Vice President, Industrial Coatings, and a new Senior Vice President, Automotive Coatings. 

Current CEO Wilfrid Gambade will now become Advisor to the Board of Directors.

The previous CEO, Heiner Klokkers, has left the company. Two long-standing top managers are moving up to the management of the holding company.

Dr. Max Preisenberger, who was previously responsible for finance and strategy in the Specialty Additives division, takes over from Sanjeev Taneja, who has retired.
