The company announced that Angel informed the Board of Directors of his decision to retire from the PPG board, effective at the conclusion of the February 15, 2024 meeting.

Highlights of the meeting included the approval of the twelfth consecutive dividend raise to 2.00 EUR per share (+38% on previous year), representing a payout of around 35% and the election of Richard Ridinger as Chair of Supervisory.
