Global specialty chemicals manufacturer Sartomer Co. has named Henry Miller Manager of UV/EB Technical Development.

Dow Corning Corp. has named Doug Kempf Construction Application Engineering & Technical Services (AETS) Manager. Kempf will lead the group responsible for managing the day-to-day technical activities that support Dow Corning’s participation in various construction markets within North and South America.

Silberline Manufacturing Co. Inc. has appointed Robert D. Haines to the position of Executive Accounts Manager.
