Renewable materials company BioAmber Inc. has entered into an underwriting agreement with Rodman & Renshaw, a unit of H.C. Wainwright & Co. LLC, as sole book running manager and representative of several underwriters, under which the underwriters have agreed to purchase on a firm commitment basis a minimum of 2,105,264 shares of common stock of the company, together with warrants to purchase a minimum of 1,052,632 shares of common stock of the company with an exercise price of $5.50 per share of common stock (the “Exercise Price”), at a price to the public of $4.75 per share and associated warrant (the “Public Price”).
