AkzoNobel has completed the acquisition of the wheel liquid coatings business of Lankwitzer Lackfabrik GmbH, a deal that strengthens the company’s performance coatings portfolio. Edward Bulmer Natural Paint has secured a six-figure funding deal from NatWest, and its asset finance partner Lombard, to support its continued growth. The business, which is based in Pembridge, United Kingdom, produces a range of natural paints, and employs over 20 people.
