In 2020, the company reported total revenue of $1.178 billion Canadian dollars, of which approximately $543 million Canadian dollars was reported as revenue from the sale of products and approximately $636 million Canadian dollars from the sale of services. Coatings sales are reported based on the company’s reported sale of products for 2020.
Notes: In May of this year, Shawcor announced that its then-CEO Steve Orr would retire effective June 1, 2021. The company’s President, Mike Reeves, succeeded Orr as CEO.
