Wall Colmonoy has launched a new line of tungsten carbide powders specifically designed for high-velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) thermal spray applications. The WallCarb™ HVOF Tungsten Carbide Powders are engineered to provide dense, hard coatings with exceptional wear and corrosion resistance.

The powders are available in a variety of formulations, including WC10Co4Cr, WC10Ni, WC20Cr7Ni, WC12Co, and Cr3C2 25 (80Ni 20Cr). They are also available in two different particle size distributions: -45+15 µm and -38+10 µm.

Wall Colmonoy is targeting the new powders at a variety of industries, including oil and gas, mining, steel and power generation. The company is also offering the powders in 5 kg bottles.
