INX Names Seven New Vice Presidents

INX International Ink Co. announced the promotion of seven employees to vice president positions. The company’s board of directors approved the appointments, noting the group brings an average of more than 22 years of experience at INX.
The new vice presidents are:

Yassan Adachi, executive officer and vice president of site operational excellence
Jeff Bojarski, vice president of liquid ink sales
Mike DeRosa, vice president of liquid operations

Jim Garvey, vice president of coatings

Rebecca Lipscomb, vice president of regulatory affairs
Chris Rodgers, vice president of operational excellence
John Sweeterman, vice president of digital sales
Adachi joined Sakata INX in 1987 and spent time at the West Chicago R&D facility before returning to Japan. He has worked in R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain management, and earned TPM Excellence and TPM Special Awards for his leadership.
Bojarski started at INX in 1994 in quality control and held various sales roles after becoming technical services manager in 1999. He has increased sales annually since 2019.
DeRosa joined INX in 2003 as an in-plant director after working at Menasha Packaging. He later served as general manager of the Homewood facility and senior director of liquid operations.
Garvey joined in 1999 as an in-plant technician and later advanced to national account sales manager. He pursued MBA coursework through the company’s tuition program and has supported sales integration initiatives.
Lipscomb was hired in 2011 as a product steward for EH&S. She was later promoted to director of regulatory affairs and manages food packaging and chemical compliance, including European regulatory efforts.
Rodgers, who joined in 1994, started as a research chemist before moving into metal decorating and technical service. He has held TPM and operational excellence leadership roles and recently completed a master’s degree in management and leadership.
Sweeterman joined INX in 2016 from Chromatic Technologies and led digital business development efforts. He introduced key product lines and helped customers transition to digital platforms.
