International Paint LLC, Houston, a division of Akzo Nobel, has hired Kevin Perego to serve as its new Protective Coatings sales zone manager in markets throughout Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Southern Iowa and Central/Southern Illinois.

A coatings-industry veteran for more than 25 years, Perego was previously employed at ICI Paints where he served as both new business development manager and district sales manager. Prior to that, he worked as a sales representative for Benjamin Moore & Co. and Republic Midwest, Inc. Perego is a NACE Certified Coatings Inspector and a member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) and the Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC).
