ST. PETERSBURG, Russia - ExpoCoating 2006, the Third International Exhibition and Conference on "Coatings and Surface Treatment," is being held with support from the Russian Union of Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs and the Union of Oil and Gas Equipment Manufacturers on April 12-14, 2006, at the WTC Congress Center in Moscow.
