Oxyplast Belgium N.V., Gent, Belgium, a manufacturer of thermosetting powder coatings, announced a licensing agreement with Inda, a company based in Mexico. Under the agreement, Inda is expected to supply powder coatings for the pipeline, metal-furniture, construction, and aluminum-profile markets. Oxyplast said the agreement expands its network of licensees to 20 countries.
