DAYTON, NJ - Shamrock Technologies Inc. announced plans to build a European headquarters facility in Belgium, and has agreed to purchase a 6.2-acre building site in Tongeren, approximately 45 miles east of Brussels. Construction is expected to begin in late spring on a 108,000-square-foot facility that will house corporate offices, manufacturing operations and laboratories, the company said.

President and CEO Larry Weissman said the company currently enjoys substantial business in Europe, and will be able to expand the business in eastern Europe and the Middle East with the new headquarters. Shamrock is a supplier of micronized powders, dispersions, emulsions and compounds.
