NOTTINGHAM, UK - The Board of Rahu, Nottingham, UK, has announced the appointment of its first Non-Executive Director, David Greensmith.

 

Greensmith has enjoyed a long and successful career in the global chemical sector including Managing Director of Fujifilm, Chief Operating Officer of Avecia and as one of the three directors leading Zeneca Specialty Chemicals into private ownership. He has more than 30 years work experience, which includes significant M&A work, knowledge of key Rahu markets and new business development.

 

Greensmith holds a number of other non-executive positions including Chairman of One Central Park, Chairman Liverpool Associates in Tropical Health, Chairman of MatOx Ltd. and Non-Executive Director of the Warwick International Group Ltd.
