BALTIMORE, MD - Drew Greenblatt, President and Owner of Marlin Steel Wire Products, urged members of RadTech - The Association for UV/EB Technology to target overseas markets as one of several steps necessary to supercharge the economy. Greenblatt presented his "Job Growth: Dos and Don'ts" as a featured speaker at RadTech's Spring Meeting in Baltimore, MD.

Speaking to the estimated 100 attending members and guests, Greenblatt, an Executive Board Member with the National Association of Manufacturers, suggested several steps for companies to help jump-start the economy. Along with targeting international markets, he recommended reinvesting to create jobs and diversifying offerings to bring more value to the customer.

"Virtually every one of our members is challenged by the economy in some way," said Mike Idacavage, Principal Research Fellow for Cytec Industries, and President of RadTech. "Drew Greenblatt is a dedicated, successful manufacturer who knows first hand the value of creating jobs and growing his business. The lessons he shared are invaluable to our members."

Greenblatt also recommended that members invite local, state and federal elected officials to visit their manufacturing facilities and learn first hand what the facility produces, the jobs it provides and the overall benefit the company brings to the local community and economy.
