AkzoNobel Aerospace Coatings has been accredited as a Gold Supplier by the Czech Republic’s largest aerospace manufacturer AERO Vodochody a.s.
AMSTERDAM, the Netherlands - AkzoNobel Aerospace Coatings has been accredited as a Gold Supplier by the Czech Republic’s largest aerospace manufacturer AERO Vodochody a.s.
“Akzo Nobel Aerospace Coatings B.V. has been our partner for more than 10 years, supplying us with high-quality products such as primers, topcoats and specialty coatings used in the production of parts, and in the assembly and painting processes of most of our production programs, ” said Jiri Sauer, Vice President for Purchasing, AERO Vodochody a.s. “We have been highly satisfied with the deliveries from Akzo Nobel Aerospace Coatings, which have always been reliable, on time and of the quality requested. That is why the company deserves to be awarded our Golden Supplier Certificate,”
AERO Vodochody works closely with leading aerospace manufacturers on a range of international projects. These include the Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. (S-76C helicopter), Alenia Aeronautica (C-27J Spartan center wing box), Latecoere (Embraer 170/190 subassemblies), Saab (JAS-39 Gripen pylons), Spirit Aerosystems (B767 fixed leading edge kits) and EADS (A320/340 subassemblies), among others. The company has its own paint shop, which is continuously updated to provide top-quality painting facilities for corporate and business jets.
