Cyclic azasilane chemical compounds maximize bonding efficiencies for a variety of nanotechnologies in an environmentally friendly manner. They can be reacted with a variety of hydroxyl-laden nanoparticles via a ring-opening reaction that is thermodynamically driven, without the formation of volatile byproducts. Additionally, they offer a higher level of monolayer deposition than traditional organosilane and metal-organic chemistries.
