KEM ACRYL HS 100 Enamel is a high solids, low-VOC air dry acrylic enamel enabling improved production output for industrial finishers. The full-gloss coating has faster through-dry than traditional high solids air dry enamels, offering a solution for finishers seeking production efficiency. With good one-coat protection and performance it also reduces passes in multiple pass operations, making it suitable for use by manufacturers of containers, equipment and other metal finishers. The enamel dries to touch in 15 to 30 min and to handle in 1 to 2 hr. It offers early moisture resistance plus good flexibility and film toughness, plus low application viscosity at high volume solids.
