KPAK 8" ultrafiltration (UF) module for electrocoat paint applications has easy-to-use connections and is suitable for use in a new electrocoating system or as a replacement in existing equipment. Module is a spiral wound membrane element in a self-contained disposable housing. With a higher permeate output relative to paint feed, it is designed to provide users with significant cost savings. It can be installed as a direct replacement for all 8" dia. spiral UF elements, in either PVC or stainless steel housings, including systems with 1 or 2" dia. process connections. KPAK module components are made from the same materials as conventional spirals, including the permeate carrier and the epoxy.
