The Solution from Martech Services Co. cleans, dries and heats the atomizing air from an existing compressed air source to allow the air to meet spray paint requirements. The four-stage filtration is outfitted with an automatic moisture discharger, and the clean air is further filtered to remove moisture content for super-dry air. A controller with digital outputs allows user to set the temperature of the atomizing up to 165°F. The system reportedly works well with both waterborne and solvent-based paint systems.
