Williams is currently the Executive Chairman of Parker-Hannifin Corporation and also was appointed to the Compensation and Management Development Committee of Sherwin-Williams’ Board. 

The new appointment will be effective August 14, 2023. Current CFO, Sean Lannon, is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.

In this newly created role, Sinclair will be responsible for devising strategies to improve services and build positive relationships with MicroCare’s key clients.
