Sheboygan Paint Company announced the promotion of Rosey Malchow to Senior Customer Service Manager. Malchow is responsible for managing the Customer Service Team and the Planning Department to ensure an exceptional customer experience, in support of the company’s “Customerization” motto.

Since joining Sheboygan Paint Company in 2022, Malchow has driven initiatives to streamline processes, enhance strategic alignments across departments, and significantly elevate the company’s service standards and service delivery. Prior to joining Sheboygan Paint Company, Malchow worked for Hydrite Chemical Co. and Everbrite, LLC in various customer service roles since 2005. She earned her master’s degree in business management and received her bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing from the University of Phoenix.
