At a ceremony in Grenoble, France, specialty chemicals company Perstorp and PTT Global Chemical signed an agreement forming a joint venture dedicated to the manufacturing and sales of aromatic (TDI) and aliphatic (IPDI, HDI and derivates) isocyanates.
