Adhesive Packaging Specialties Inc. (APS) and Cartridge Application Technologies (CAT), a newly formed division of V.O. Baker Co., have signed a three-year agreement. The joint venture between the two companies was formed to address the increased demand for the Dual Cartridge, a system that provides the delivery of two-component reactive materials.
