RPM International Inc. said its European development office, RPM Europe S.A., has acquired Ecoloc N.V./Lock-Tile Belgium N.V. and Compakta/Pactan, a division of Heidelberger Bauchemie GmbH. Terms of the cash transactions were not disclosed.
